Our Refill & Maintenance Program

A misting system only works when the reservoir has solution in it. Our scheduled refill program takes that entirely off your plate — we track your usage and show up before you run out, every time. No calls, no reminders, no scrambling on a summer Saturday.

What a Maintenance Visit Includes

• Reservoir refill — fresh botanical or pyrethrin solution topped to your drum capacity
• Nozzle inspection — check all nozzles for clogging, dripping, or damage; clean or replace as needed
• Tubing check — inspect accessible tubing runs for cracks, kinks, or pest damage
• Pump and timer check — confirm the pump is priming correctly and the timer is running as set
• Pressure test — run a short mist cycle to verify even coverage across all zones

How Often Do I Need a Refill?

It depends on reservoir size and how often the system runs. A 55-gallon drum running twice daily typically lasts 6–8 weeks; a compact inline tank may need a refill every 3–4 weeks. We calculate your usage at install and adjust seasonally.

Do I Need to Be Home?

No. As long as we have access to your reservoir, we can complete a refill and inspection without you present, and we leave a service slip documenting what was done.

Can You Service a System I Didn't Buy From You?

Yes. We service all major brands including Pynamite, MistAway, and custom-built systems. Call us and describe your setup — we'll confirm we can service it before you schedule.
